Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Jennifer Saltaformaggio made New Orleans her home in 2005, where she launched a thriving career as a REALTOR®. With nearly two decades of experience, Jennifer has expertly guided clients through buying, selling, and leasing luxury residential and commercial properties throughout the New Orleans metro area. Her dedication and expertise have earned her consistent recognition as a top-producing REALTOR® year after year.

In 2018, Jennifer partnered with longtime mentor and colleague Samara D. Poché to form Team Right Side, or TRS for short. They chose this name partly because Jennifer’s last name is a bit of a tongue-twister, and TRS also stands for their promise to clients: the Right REALTOR®, Right Now! Jennifer’s impressive portfolio includes high-profile transactions such as the $6.3 million sale of 718 Bourbon Street in 2020. Both Jennifer and Samara have extensive experience in luxury real estate sales, condo conversions, and managing projects from start to finish, no matter the size.
